Chieh Chang (1994-) , born in Taoyuan(Taiwan), is currently studying at Taipei National University of the Arts, undergraduates department of music, majoring in Theory and Composition, studying with Professor Hwang-Long PAN. Chang was selected to participate “2013 The International Music Camp”, which was directed by Ministry of Culture.
