Pei-Fen Huang's music creation based on Current time and space, region and local culture of the individual. After graduating from university in 1992, she did not continue to contact composition activities. During this period, she worked in magazine publishing until she returned to university in 2015 and received a master's degree in composition from the National Taiwan University of Arts in 2020.
As a composer, Pei-Fen has actively participated in the composition Publish of music in recent years such as：2019 Elektronische musik acousmatiq konzertsaal der HfM Dresden, Shuanghsi Music forum concert 2019 in Taipei , ISCM 2019 jointly present Estonian World music days, TENOR 2019 & Australasian Computer Music Association International conference. 2018 Electric Music concert of Communication plan for Beijing and Taipei, and the 35th Asia Composers League Conference and Festival. The 64th International Rostum of Composers Italy 2017, San Diego based NWEAMO Festival.2016 Canada's Sound of Dragon Music Festival, Joint WOCMAT- IRCAM Forum Conference 2016, NWEAMO Tokyo: JSSA Music Festival and TAMA 2020 Music Festival. In 2020, she held an entire concert of her work in Taipei.
Pei-Fen has won awards Taiwan National Cultural Construction Committee music selection 1988, Taipei ICRT award of young stars scholarship 1990, Music production Taoyuan City Documentary Film 2015 Festival Finalist, Taiwan University of the Arts Sanchuang workshop 2017 the best animation soundtrack production.Currently she also is the executive council member of Taiwan Computer Music Association, and National Taiwan University of Arts the Alumni association.
