It was originally a solo song in a local style. I was commissioned by a friend in 1990 to write it as a theme song for a restaurant. It is located in the Pinglin area, which is very rustic.

The lyrics are poems created by the owner of the restaurant Mr.Kao, San-Kue mainly to praise the place, the pristine rural scenery since ancient times, written in Taiwan's native language, with a very rustic style.

Later, the music was compiled into a female chorus. I didn’t know it. Later, Professor Zheng Renrong of the National Normal University told me that the performance of this song won the Administrative cultural institutions Literature and Art Award and transferred it to me a record DVD. I don't mind that this song is adapted, and it is not the same as my personal music processing. I am still happy to accept and make this singing version public。

I rewrite it for mixed four-part chorus, piano and bariton-saxophone in 2021
