Music commentary
In 2000, I visited the concentration camp of Auschwitz near Krakow, Poland. And I was terribly shocked by the Nazi atrocity.

That year, I wrote this piece for clarinet (bass clarinet) and electronic music to express what I saw and thought concerning the human behavior.

In the third movement, the performer played both clarinet and bass clarinet.
The whole song is composed of three movements.
(1)Nightmare is coming
(2)Sorrowful slavery and gas chamber
(3)Elegy

The song is composed of clarinet (bass clarinet) and a recording CD. The clarinet has the role of a witness. After writing with a computer with sixteen tracks, it is mixed through Proteus-2 and Proformance and other audio generators, and the recorded CD is played on the spot.

The material of the music is based on a set of twelve-tone tone series, and the tone clusters derived from various techniques are appropriately developed and described in accordance with the needs of the situation and tone.
