林盈婷《Suspension in Blue- II》是一首為小提琴、大提琴、吉他、長笛與豎笛而創作的樂曲。本作以表達對中國藝術家沈偉畫作的敬意，並試圖透過音樂來展現畫中的自發性與相互聯繫。這部作品不僅延續了前作《Suspension in Blue》對沈偉畫作的創作發想，而且特別選用西方樂器來模仿傳統中國樂器的聲響，創造出一種跨文化的對話與融合。作品中每個樂器都被賦予了獨特的角色和性格，它們各自挖掘並展現了中國樂器的精髓，將這些元素融入西方樂器的演奏之中。此外，作品還與香港跨領域藝術家戚子謙（Chi Him Chik）展開合作，他的貢獻不僅包括多媒體跨界創作，還有將音樂家練習時的錄音進行系統性紀錄並轉化為生成性電子音樂（generative music）的一部分，這種創新的嘗試為演奏者、樂器與電子音樂之間建立了新的互動關係與融合方式。
