世界五金研究計畫 Hardware Culture Study
「五金事典」為一個世界五金展線上平台。針對五金，本團隊（誤用論團隊）定義為：被大量生產製造而無法獨立使用的產品，必須結合其他物件才得以發揮功能。平台開放世界各地的民眾投稿當地獨特的五金項目。目前平台結集一百件項目，預計於2023年底增加至兩百件。
Hardware Archive is a virtual home to an ultra random selection of household hardware items found online and around the world. The platform serves as an ongoing research conducted by the team behind the misused - a multifaceted project that elevates ubiquitous hardware items to sensible homeware items.
A hardware item is a piece of mass-produced artefact that is not capable of functioning on its own. A hardware item has to be used together with other items simultaneously.
