With a background in arts management and museum studies, Chieh-Min’s interest lies at the intersection of cultural institutions and public spheres, between art and audience. She is the founder of OFF-SITE, a collective that initiates curatorial research and projects within different landscapes.

OFF-SITE is led by architects and artists with an interest in contemporary art and urban intervention. Established in 2011 by Chieh-Min, we research, interact, discuss, produce and exhibit in the public realm. By doing so we aim to provide different approach of cultural production and encourage knowledge sharing.
