Ph.D. in Sociology at Lancaster University, UK. Co-owner of live house “Underworld” in Taipei (1996-2013).

Currently teaching at Department of Psychology, Fu Jen Catholic University.

Research interest: Popular music, especially independent music.

Curation idea: Taking ‘nativism’ as a thread, music/popular music as a mediator so as to examine the trajectories of intertwinings of musical and political, social in contemporary Taiwan.
