Parallel Platform 歐洲攝影交流平台
吳依宣
Parallel European Photo Based Platform由葡萄牙藝術組織Procur.arte主辦，並由歐盟Creative Europe計畫共同協辦與資助。每年共匯集了歐洲17個國家的18個博物館、畫廊、攝影季、藝術學院和出版商共同參與為期一年的活動。活動自去年（2018）九月在布達佩斯Robert Capa Centre的展覽及藝術家演講揭開序幕，在這一年當中除了針對此活動執行研究計畫並且發表新作品之外，同時也會與來自盧森堡的策展人Françoise Poos有長達半年每月兩次的視訊教學會議。此期間內主辦單位也將參與的策展人與藝術家分組，進行展覽企劃與執行，也不時會舉辦線上讀書會。並且於今年（2019）二月底出訪愛爾蘭參加研討會、演講、成果發表以及參訪當地藝文組織。
另外，在活動執行當中碰巧遇上新冠肺炎疫情，活動內容及預算也因此做了許多調整：與策展人合作之展覽與演講轉為線上模式進行，並同時發行實體展覽刊物。原預計在今年九月親自飛往瑞典參加Landskrona Foto Festival展覽佈展與開幕，礙於疫情與法規限制，由參展者提出計畫委託主辦單位負責製作作品。另外，除原定展覽與活動外，還新增一檔成果展覽，預計將於今年十一月底於葡萄牙展出。
